When you initiate a trade, we check in real-time which platform offers the best rates and execute the trade for you. Additionally, we offer the option to buy cryptocurrencies with fiat. This is done through payment providers like Mercuryo, Transak and Switchere.

Most transactions on coinnect.me are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If it takes longer, several factors may be responsible, such as:

• Temporary service updates: In rare cases, certain cryptocurrencies may be temporarily unavailable due to system updates or maintenance. Once reactivated, your transaction will be processed automatically.
• Network congestion: High traffic on the blockchain can lead to delays, as your transaction may be queued until previous ones are confirmed.
• Insufficient confirmations: Some cryptocurrencies require a specific number of blockchain confirmations before a transaction is finalized. This can add additional time depending on the network’s current load.
